Three Private Meetings With Eddie Every Year

Once every four months, you meet with Eddie for a dedicated, one-on-one strategy session — three sessions across your 12 months in the programme, covering your current position, portfolio strategy, and the practical next steps for your acquisition timeline.

Each meeting builds on the last, giving you a clear, tested path forward rather than a plan that stagnates after an initial conversation.

You will receive an invitation to one exclusive dinner or the end-of-year event with Eddie Dilleen, a face-to-face opportunity to connect with Eddie outside of your scheduled meetings.

How the 12 Months Work

A structured engagement, not a loose arrangement.

Months 1 to 4: Foundation and Strategy
Eddie takes a thorough look at your current position. Income, borrowing capacity, existing assets, goals, and risk tolerance. From this, a clear strategy is built that is specific to you, not a generic framework. You meet with Eddie once during this period to establish your plan.

Months 5 to 8: Active Acquisition Phase
You move on the strategy. Opportunities are reviewed, decisions are discussed, and any challenges that emerge are worked through with someone who has navigated them before. A further private meeting with Eddie during this period keeps the strategy calibrated to what is actually happening on the ground.

Months 9 to 12: Review and Forward Planning
Progress is assessed against the goals set at the start. Your final meeting of the programme reviews the portfolio in full, and where you go next, whether that is further acquisitions, consolidation, or restructuring, is planned with the same level of rigour. You will also receive your invitation to an exclusive dinner or the end-of-year event with Eddie. Members have the option to renew and continue building into the following year.

Programme Agreement and Disclaimer

The Dilleen Property Private Mentorship Programme consists of expository discussions of a general nature, conducted over a 12-month period, with the aim of helping you develop a considered approach to your personal property investment goals. All guidance provided is based on Eddie Dilleen's experience as a private investor and is intended for informational purposes only.

Given that security of information is important to both parties, the programme is conducted on the understanding that sessions may not be recorded by any electronic means unless expressly agreed in writing by both parties in advance. Anything discussed during these confidential sessions that may lead to action on your part should first be reviewed with your independent financial and/or legal advisors before you proceed.

The programme does not constitute financial advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of results. Dilleen Property Group, its directors, associates, staff, and associated companies accept no liability for the outcomes, favourable or otherwise, of any actions you take as a result of participating in the programme or implementing any strategies discussed.

Programme Fee, Attendance and Cancellation

The programme fee of $10,000 (inclusive of GST) is payable in full and is non-refundable, except to the extent that a refund or other remedy is required by law, including any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. You are responsible for attending each meeting scheduled as part of the programme. If you cancel or request to reschedule a meeting with less than 48 hours' notice, Dilleen Property Group may, at its discretion, elect not to reschedule that meeting. Failure to attend a scheduled meeting does not automatically entitle you to a replacement meeting, credit or refund, except where required by law.
