How the 12 Months Work

Months 3 to 8: Active Acquisition Phase

You move on the strategy. Eddie is accessible throughout. Opportunities are reviewed, decisions are discussed, and any challenges that emerge are worked through with someone who has navigated them before.

Months 9 to 12: Review and Forward Planning
