Free Buyers Agency Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion ("Giveaway") is conducted by Dilleen Realty Pty Ltd trading as Dilleen Property (ABN 22 632 783 610), 8-10 Gould Street, Strathfield South, NSW 2136 ("Promoter", "we", "us").

2. Promotion Period

Entries open 12:00am AEST Tuesday 21 July 2026 and close 11:59pm AEST Thursday 20 August 2026 ("Promotion Period"). The winners will be announced on the Promoter's Instagram account, @dilleenpropertyau, on Friday 21 August 2026.

3. Eligibility

  1. Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
  2. Employees (and their immediate families) of Dilleen Property, its related entities, and any agency associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  3. Entrants must have a genuine intention to purchase residential investment property in Australia. The Promoter may verify this before awarding the prize.

4. How to Enter

  1. Follow @dilleenpropertyau on Instagram.
  2. Tag one (1) friend in the comments of the designated giveaway post who is looking to buy an investment property.
  3. Complete and submit the entry form at dilleenproperty.com.au/giveaway, providing accurate and complete information.

Multiple entries are permitted provided each entry tags a different friend and each form submission contains accurate, non-duplicated contact details. Incomplete entries, or entries that do not meet all three steps above, may be deemed invalid.

5. The Prize

Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) Dilleen Property "Standard Package" Buyer's Agency service, waived in full (each a "Prize"). Each Prize includes the services described on the Promoter's website Standard Package listing as at the date of this promotion, and is otherwise subject to the Promoter's standard Buyer's Agency service agreement, which each winner must sign to redeem their Prize.

  • Each Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.
  • Each Prize must be redeemed within 6 months of the applicable winner being notified, after which it lapses.
  • Each Prize is limited to a single property acquisition; Standard Package inclusions apply as set out in the service agreement.
  • Any costs not explicitly covered by the Standard Package service fee (e.g. building/pest inspections, conveyancing, stamp duty, loan costs) remain the applicable winner's responsibility.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The two winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period, at the Promoter's premises on or about 21 August 2026. Each winner will be notified via the email address and/or phone number provided on their entry form within 2 business days, and announced publicly on @dilleenpropertyau. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of first contact, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner for that Prize from remaining valid entries.

7. Verification

Before a Prize is awarded, the Promoter may verify that the applicable winner has completed all entry steps in Clause 4, including confirming the Instagram follow and tagged comment. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, incomplete, or in breach of these Terms.

8. Use of Personal Information

Information collected via the entry form will be used by the Promoter to administer this Giveaway and, where the entrant has opted in, to send marketing communications in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

9. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants provide information to the Promoter, not to Instagram.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in this Giveaway, except for liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms, or to cancel, suspend or extend the Giveaway, where necessary for reasons outside its reasonable control, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Enquiries: admin@dilleenpg.com.
