Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. The Promotion
This is a giveaway of 10 complimentary tickets ("Tickets") to an in-person property investing seminar being held on Saturday 22 August 2026 at 8-10 Gould Street, Strathfield South, NSW 2136 ("Seminar"). The promoter is Dilleen Property (ABN 12 619 755 163) of Australia ("Promoter").
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of application. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its associated agencies or companies directly involved with the administration of this promotion are not eligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any applicant who does not meet these requirements.
3. How To Apply
To apply, complete and submit the online application form on this page with accurate and complete information. Only one application per person will be considered. Applications must be received before the Promoter closes the giveaway, which may occur once 10 Tickets have been allocated or at any time at the Promoter's discretion.
4. Selection Of Successful Applicants
Only 10 complimentary Tickets are available. Applications are considered on a first come, first considered basis, subject to eligibility and availability, at the sole discretion of the Promoter. This is not a game of chance and Tickets are not allocated by random draw. Completing the application form does not guarantee a Ticket. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Notification
Successful applicants will be contacted using the email address and/or mobile number provided in their application within a reasonable time after applications close. If a successful applicant cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable time, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Ticket to another applicant.
6. The Tickets
Each Ticket entitles the holder to attend the Seminar on the date and at the location specified above. Tickets are not transferable, cannot be exchanged, and have no cash value or cash alternative. Travel, accommodation, meals and other incidental costs associated with attending the Seminar are the responsibility of the ticket holder unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability (including for negligence) for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising out of or in connection with this promotion or attendance at the Seminar, except for any liability which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Changes To This Promotion
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion, or these terms, subject to any applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
