External Testimonial and Media Release

This agreement is between Dilleen Property Group Pty Ltd and the undersigned individual.

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, I grant Dilleen Property Group Pty Ltd and its related entities the unrestricted and irrevocable right to photograph, film, record and otherwise capture my likeness, image, voice, statements and name in connection with testimonial, marketing, promotional, advertising and educational content.

This includes use across websites, social media, digital and paid advertising, printed materials, presentations, video, audio and any other medium now known or developed in the future.

I understand and agree that the materials may be edited, altered, shortened, cropped, combined with other materials and used in whole or in part at Dilleen Property Group's discretion.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials or the context in which they are used. I acknowledge that no further compensation is payable beyond any agreed participation or appearance fee, if applicable.

I acknowledge that all materials produced are the sole property of Dilleen Property Group and that I have no ownership or intellectual property rights in the materials.

I confirm that I am over 18 years of age, have read and understood this release, and am legally able to enter into this agreement.
