My name is Eddie Dilleen. I grew up in housing commission in Willmot, in Sydney's west, raised by a single mum. Nobody in my family owned property. At 17 I was working at McDonald's for less than $11 an hour and saving most of what I earned.
At 18, after being knocked back by lender after lender, I bought my first investment property on a $26,000 salary. I had ten properties by 25, and my 30th, at 29, was a home for my mum. Today my portfolio is more than 200 properties.
In 2016 I founded Dilleen Property so everyday Australians could get the same research, access and negotiation behind their own purchases.

The discovery session is free. If you decide to become a client, our fees are explained in full and in writing before you sign anything, so you can decide with all the numbers in front of you.
Where do you buy?
Wherever the research points, not where you happen to live. Our clients have bought in several states, including Western Australia and Queensland. The right market for you depends on your budget, goals and borrowing.
Do I need to inspect the property myself?
You don't have to. Clients like Ravi have built portfolios across several states without inspecting in person. We provide the research and coordinate building and pest inspections, and you're welcome to inspect if you'd like to.
Do I need finance approval before the call?
No. We'll talk about borrowing at a high level and can introduce you to brokers we work with. Your lender or broker confirms what you can borrow.
