Portfolio Growth System — Agreement and Disclaimer
The Portfolio Growth System is a fixed-fee engagement comprising a Structure & Financing Blueprint delivered by Justin Picker and a Strategic Property Acquisition Blueprint delivered by Eddie Dilleen, together with the resources, professional network and property opportunities described in the accompanying service outline.
The fee for the Portfolio Growth System is $10,000 plus GST ($11,000 inc. GST) and is non-refundable once payment has been made. This fee relates solely to the Portfolio Growth System — it does not include, and is not a deposit toward, the separate fees payable under Dilleen Property's Buyers Agency Service packages should you later engage that service for a property acquisition.
