How to use the resources
Print the worksheets and fill them in by hand.
They're designed to be revisited, not completed once. Your goal worksheet from Part 3 feeds the budget in Part 4 and the portfolio plan in Part 12.
Check the date on every figure.
Each guide labels its information as a historical example (Eddie's purchases and client stories as they happened), 2026 context (current rates, rules and data, with source and date) or illustrative (simplified calculations with stated assumptions). Rates and rules change, so confirm the current position before you act.
Bring them to your team.
Your broker, accountant, solicitor and buyer's agent can do far more with a completed worksheet than with a general question.
